On 17 May 2017, the EU issued the Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD II). The SRD II complements and fundamentally revises the existing EU Directive 2007/36/EC and brings changes for shareholders of listed companies (issuers) with their registered office in the EEA.
The aim of the SRD II is, in addition to more effective information of shareholders on corporate events, to facilitate the exercise of shareholder rights also in cross-border constellations.

In this webinar, you will learn what the innovations mean for you in concrete terms.
The following main topics await you:

  • Current status quo of shareholder identifications in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
  • Field reports from intermediaries regarding data delivery.
  • Explanation of the services provided by DPAii and Orient Capital.
  • Presentation of a use case (shareholder identification).
  • Graphical presentation of a shareholder identification process (duration of responses etc.).
  • Presentation of a white paper (presentation of your customer benefits).

We look forward to your participation.
